Derby Tup wrote: My twin lived in Wirksworth for a while. He’s now in Brassington. Nice area. I lived in Belper for years and then Milford which was great. It’ll be 20 years in October though since I moved up to West Yorkshire Ooh, more areas for us to check out |

We visited Wirksworth a few weeks back. It moved very close to the top of places we might move too once OH retires.

Wirksworth is lovely. The French restaurant wasn't all that though. Which is a shame as I'm on the hunt for a decent one. Loaf is fantastic. The cheese and herb sausage rolls are amazing for the meat eaters. 😍 Crich village fete on Saturday if anyone is around. Also Ambergate carnival 20th July. |

Yes I am gromit. Although I raced last night and have managed to hurt my arm and hand so may be a sedate jog 😂 depends on the prizes. Won a bottle of beer last last, not bad for my second fell race!
