Which reminds me: Liebling's older sister - her husband (not technically my BiL I think) will be 60 in a fortnight. She asked him what he wanted for his special meal. Beef Wellington. So this week, they are having a dry run - she is attempting a beef wellington for the four of them (them and two grown up kids). Next week as a taste test comparison... they're having beef wellington from Cook. Then the following week, his actual birthday... they'll be having a third beef wellington, this time for eight. And it all depends which beef wellington wins in the semi-finals. That's a lot of beef wellington
