Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hello HuBery and welcome. If you send Fetch a message via Help in the bar at the top he'll sort it out for you I'm sure.

You need to find the activities folder and then import all of the .fit files.

Open up the ZIP and go to DI_CONNECT/DI-Connect-Fitness-Uploaded-Files - there's a ZIP file in there with all your TCX and FIT files. At present, the ZIP files you upload to Fetch need to contain all the same format files - so split out what you see into two ZIP's and then upload.

Ah I have queries about the same topic! There are text files in the folder I got as well as FIT files. Do I need to import those too somehow?

And also, is there a notification when the import has finished?

The text files in my own download appear to be TCX files. So if you have a bunch of them, you could try uploading a few in a ZIP, and seeing how it goes before doing a larger batch. Big queue at the moment.

As for notifications, there isn't one - but on upload of your ZIP, it will estimate how long it'll be before your stuff is imported. And you'll start getting a bunch of notifications too as you unlock various badges, conq zones, etc.

Just wondering... I've got no idea what format the strava export is. Can anyone advise? Ideally, I'd like to be able to direct people to a specific sub-folder where the FIT/TCX files are - because I'm seeing people try to upload the whole thing - and it's not always working out :-)

There is a folder call activities and they are all in there as .tcx files.

Hope that helps.
