There are nutribullets around £100 quid with 600w motors and another one, Nutribullet Magic, for about £50 with 200w motor. I think I know the answer but will ask anyway, does the cheaper one sound like a false econony?

I once kipped in a friend's spare room for a month while working as a temp in London. I did their housework in lieu of paying rent.

They had a juicer and would use it every morning. It would then fester awaiting attention until the evening when I'd wash it up, as there was no time in the morning to do anything else.

It was an absolute nightmare to clean.

Is your nutribullet like that? Because if it adds to my washing up, I'll extract nutrition from raw veg the traditional way.

Just reserved a nutribullet from local curry's :-)

Have a smoothie2go which is used a lot and is great for smoothies with softfruits, mixing protein powder but not really up to seeds & veg. It is 'allegedly' also good for cocktails. Got a juicer last year but it creates a lot of waste, not much juice from a lot of fruit/veg, was a pain to clean and hasn't been used in about 6 months. I did find the the apple juice it made very freshtasting but it oxidised very quickly.

Having toyed with the nutribullet when I got the juicer but thought it a bit pricey at the time am now convinced to 'bite the bullet'(!). Hope it will be the answer to healthy breakfasts (i.e not toast/croissant/cereal)
