only medal i liked was the knacker cracker one, in the shape of a big pair of hairy bollocks. not that i like big hairy bollocks, i just found it funny. only decent tshirts i've had were from the old nike runlondon races, and the ballbuster. agree with mandy, free photos would be much better. or a hand job.

Not keen on medals either. Binned a load last year when I moved.
Useful tech-t's or as someone said a free photo would be much better or just a darn good goodie bag with useful food and stuff (not just full of shitty coupons)

don't take them, last time I was given one I gave it to my mate's 2 yr old. don't really need any more cotton (or technical) t shirts either.
however the hi-viz beanie I got from Bramley 20 back in 2006 is used daily.

The beanie from last years gruesome twosome half is used very often. The 'medals' given out at Mablethorpe half and full last year were cack and embarassing. I couldn't even get my Y11 class to dissolve it in acid at school
