This is because I've been taking longer than the allotted 30 mins lunch for walks with colleagues, no-one has ever challenged it, plenty of others do the same, and my boss works on another site 50 miles away Plus I work over anyway, and don't take smoking breaks for 15 minutes every hour (unlike many others).
