I've seen a couple of people's heads split so you can see half of their skull, one of them was from not wearing a bike helmet

Nope a car apparantly lost some limbs as well they had to close the road down whilst they found them.........some grisley people run at my club made me feel quite sick just hearing about it second hand. I'm glad I'm not a medic

SE I was joking about the cold. Maybe not a good joke, my sense of humour from being on the road I guess.
They would have had to close the road anyway, as an RTC is treated as a potential murder scene so they have to get all the evidence they can and the only way to do that is if there is no traffice going through.

I knew you were joking purps - I think he was running with an ipod and it is a very busy section of road.
Grrrr just had sodding email from Garmin still no release date for Mac version of garmin training centre for 405 but garmin connect update will be released this month so I might be able to import my data into fetch. Wish I'd never upgraded now.
