It is fast and flat. Though my garmin did indicate last yr that its slightly down hill the 1st few miles and sligthly up the last few but it really is only slightly. My 3rd time at this one. Wonder what kind of bread we'll get this year. Benjo- Rob great to run with- he has a huge number of cousins to entertain you with and keep your mind off the pain when it kicks in
