I like the fact they give you a proper beer at the end, I like the medals, I like the route better than the btr route, even though it is similar in most aspects.. by going down Matthew Street and Penny Lane it really makes it more special (and in the marathon visiting Anfield and Goodison Park). I like the bands every mile.. but there have been a lot of problems and they gave up this year as it is their final event.

I ran around with Sushi, its becoming quite a tradition, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Also saw snogard and she joined in the fun afterward, which included eating flapjack, drinking eggnog and trying to reenact a scene from the iconic running move, run fatboy run.. all that and 10 miles running before lunch...

You pushing me to a respectable time has given me the confidence to pushyself a bit harder in training again. I'd definitely lost that after being ill.

Sorry I couldn't stop Sushi but nice to say a fleeting "hi" nonetheless!!
