Not sure what run but I’d like to do 7 or 8 miles to keep up my 20 miles a week streak. Might run with my club but not feeling particularly sociable at the moment!

Honouring our 23rd wedding anniversary by getting up early, leaving the house to run to parkrun where I expect to be met by my joint-anniversary-sharer and our sons, having left her to get them up and out. Have I got the right attitude?

Well our 4th anniversary saw me bringing the children home from camping then calling grid to come and pick up the children because a tyre has blown. Not the best anniversary celebrations!

We celebrated our 15th on wednesday by forgetting because we were too busy sorting stuff after moving house and taking the kids to hockey camp. Sounds about right for 15 years of marriage. It's not the one day a year it's the whole 365 that counts!
