Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I have just read the messages that were posted during the race - awesome support all of you Fetch guys. It's fantastic to know that whilst you're running there are people supporting back in the UK.

You are all as mad as a hatter in a box of frogs but i found it very humbling.;-)

Must have just missed you Contro. Sorry about that, we couldn't stand the stuffy atmosphere any longer. Next time we should Fmail our mobile numbers.

I'll see you in Paris hopefully where you will definately get your sub 3, and I will get sub 3:15.

Contro did you mean 4pm? I didn't see you, but then you didn't have your Camelback on :-) We were at the end of the bar.

Iknow who you mean Contro, and I think we should all congratulate Run Free for dragging that tyre around New York. See http://www.gfiexpeditions.com/En/ExSBlog.htm.

I found it hard enough dragging my fat @rse all the way.
