Not on a scale that Pip's proposing but when I was much younger and possibly stupider although that's debatable I too lent money to the love of my life to be paid back as soon as he got paid and never saw him or the money again.......

I know a couple of people (both women) who married somewhat unwisely and were quickly left very out of pocket once things were in joint names :-o

Not entirely sure what the whole Pip/Toby thing is based on beyond lust TBH. And he seems more focused on that than she is, from what the SWs choose to share of their lives.

How creepy was Rob on Friday?! And after everything else we've heard him say about Helen -- is that realistic for his character?
