Run done.
Need a shower, then to hoover, then to put the Chrissy decs up. Busy busy busy.
OR
Need a shower, then have a riffle through the papers (including yesterday's as I was too busy to read them), then look for a rubbish film on TV and generally be a bit of a slob.
Decisions decisions.

The Right Honourable The Lord Price CVO has just asked to connect with me on Linked In.
Not sure why.

Was up too early on a Sunday. Had to set alarm. 9.30am 10k.
So I've ran, done a wee bit of shopping, had lunch and made soup. (Which I think might be on the spicy side).
So now shower, washing then write cards whilst football is on.

Jogged with the dog around the cemetery, returned her home, went back out for some more miles. Now I'm so tired I could sleep for a week.
Furniture to move. My neck and shoulders hurt again (and this is before the furniture moving has taken place).
Need to empty the teabag caddy next to the kettle, the tower is now so tall that it won't take any more.

Sunday chores to do. Getting the crap up off the living room floor is a really good core exercise. I'm logging it as training.
