I have also uncovered a packet of mini stollen in the cupboard of which I am in the middle of eating quite a few. The packet says best before 16.1.2016 but they are perfectly alright. I should be upstairs now getting my stuff together for packing.

Apparently they have a 'revolutionary new concept in exercise' involving 'activating the senses' and 'pumping blood round the body'. I wasn't aware I needed help in pumping blood round my body. Apparently I was wrong.
