Pondered why everyone else always looks as if they're enjoying their run more than I'm enjoying mine. Decided I need to smile while I run. Discovered smiling can only happen intermittently. Breathing has to take priority.

Lip Gloss Feb 2016 12:39pm, 21 Feb 2016 13,301 posts	0 Lip Gloss LD I can't do smiling while running so hence the reason I won't buy race photos, even yesterday when I was waving to the photographer at parkrun and I thought I was smiling it just didn't happen. Doing the ironing, OH has just had to go and buy another tape measure...we have lost two since starting the bathroom so wonder if joiner and plumber have them in their tool boxes
