I thought they would help my post-run nausea issues, but instead they are rank. But you might find them ok... Mind you, they're probably out of date now. Scratch that idea. In other mundane news, I am waiting for my eclairs to defrost. I bit into one too soon.

Someone gave me some Rose and lemonade tea bags, which I'm not keen on but two bags in a saucepan of simmering water are good for poaching pears. If you happen to have some pears which aren't ripe enough for eating raw.
