Up left mrs r in bed as the dog and one of the cats were a tag team waking her up during the night. They were made to get up with me. Dog not happy with my choice of porridge for breakfast.

Up late this morning. The boy was out until the early hours this morning and neither Mrs D or I sleep properly until he is home. Around about 3:30am he was on his way back, we heard. I must’ve relaxed a bit and gone to sleep after that as I never heard him come in, meaning I was awake again still worrying long after he was home in bed.

Considering putting kit on It’s cold out (feels like -3 apparently) so I’ll probably combine running with doing the litter box so I get all the cold stuff done in one go Need to get off the sofa first though

Finally coming back to life now. Wearing the wrist brace is awkward but it helps.
