Had a meltdown during a perfectly ordinary conversation. Messed up the Yorkshire puddings and they didn’t rise, then burned. Offered to go and get some ready made ones but C insisted he’d go even though he was watching football. He’s been gone ages, I’m guessing the local shop didn’t have any. I feel guilty about all of the above.

Aw! Don't feel guilty, PaulaMc. Sounds like C is looking after you because he wants to.

Fingers crossed you haven't got another dose of the plague Vrap.

Ironed the curtains for the bedroom and hung them up.

Went out to water my friend's plants then had a walk to clear my bugs. The radar said no rain for at least 6 hours. I opened the front door and it was pissing down then kept showering as I walked.

I'll warm up my dinner next.

Have sorted out kit for tomorrow's exercise sessions and had a little nap. Now will do some wordle puzzles and some Duolingo Spanish lessons.

C came back with the Yorkshires eventually and the slightly delayed beef casserole was thankfully very good. Now he’s washing up the bits that can’t fit in the dishwasher. I think I need a quiet evening.

Thai prawn & ginger noodles. A bit too fiery. I have only myself to blame.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
