I have had a head battering at my mam’s she saves up issues for me going, the kindle I swear is just to have a problem but the email account that’s died is a huge problem. I just need to switch off but it’s not possible so wine it is. My run was also awful with stomach issues no idea why that is but hoping it’s out the way and I have good runs now, wouldn’t mind as much but I felt more springy to start with. Bed soon, while still keeping close eye on the BYU world champs.
