Post work, post tea run nowhere near 24hrs but I was tired and wired so it had some benefits, OH went for a walk and met at the local. Home with a wine & location x3.

Hopefully things will start getting sorted for your mum EP. Try and save your strength for when she gets discharge that’s when she will need you most.
Took dog for a walk before my run and glad I did as didn’t realise how warm it was.
Shorts and t-shirt for a Misty headtorch evening run in mid October is not normal.
Home for lots of brews and cheese and crackers whilst catching up on The Cleaner on I-player
