Went to parkrun this morning. Would have been a redcard but I didn't run so that was okay. Coffee there. Breakfast at home afterwards.

Finished weight training and now the storm has set in. May have missed the window for running (have an aversion to running during lightning storms. Am a wimp!🤪🤣) Will wait and see if the storm passes quickly. 🤞
