Been jogging. Need to pack. How many sets of running kit for three days in a place where there is a possibility of rain and I will have access to laundry facilities?

It was a bit of a shame, Pix. If it had been me on my own I'd have taken socks and shoes off and gone for a paddle but Mr Ness wasn't up for it! 🙄 Nice walk despite that. Need to upload my walk mileage and do some Duolingo Spanish lessons.

Currently I have 8 tops and 9 bottoms. It's likely that by Day 3 I still won't be able to assemble a co-ordinating outfit that suits the weather.

Have done some Duolingo Spanish lessons. Also had lunch. Prawn mayo sandwich from Lidl and packet of crisps (from complementary welcome basket in room). Planning out what to do with the afternoon.

Then a work thing until 1:30 and then a trip to the dentist. Phoned and checked how long the appointment is for and it’s 1 hour 15.
