Came home from work and nodded off on the bed, as did Mrs D. It must be my scintillating company. Cup of tea |

Cheers, GG! Mr Ness has just started cooking. Food and wine soon. He finished his weight training session later today. I'm on the sofa. My Garmin is plugged in to the charger because the battery was down to 10% so it probably wouldn't have been working for parkrun tomorrow if I hadn't charged it up. |

Have eaten fish, chips and peas. Now on sofa watching the Diamond League athletics. Have a nice chilled glass of Pinot Grigio to hand.
