exactly Ness I have an awareness of it but it's not sharp pain so I haven't stopped doing anything as such

Hopefully the physio will help.

Have done a Duolingo Spanish lesson to keep my streak going. Might make a pot of tea in a moment.

Bathroom cleaned, loo/utility cleaned, some packing done.

I found that out too, swittle. Don't think it's a word I'll use test often.

Didn't get up quickly enough so Mr Ness has got up to make lunch and us making the pot of tea.... Result! 😂😂

rizz? really!?! Stupid word what's wrong with charisma? nothing! Just use that there is no need to create new words - unless the youth of today can't spell so have to make up words?
