It was quite rainy here. Enjoyed the run though. Happier now I've had a good warm shower and dried my hair. Waiting for Mr Ness to get up and then I'll have breakfast and something to drink!

Got up at 6, took cuppa back to bed and fell asleep again
Looks wet out, but think it’s stopped raining for now
Garmin at 13%, probablyshould put it on to charge.

Actually Ness just looking back the last 5 text I have sent (1 of which included asking if she was OK? had she spoken to GP?) have never had replies!
So obviously she doesn't think about her actions
as Hann said yesterday - selfish
