Suppose I could wrap his presents up whilst he’s out for his C25K. (Youngest has been following C25K for the last 2 years - he completed it during his silver DofE a few years ago then stopped running. He gets to about week four, does that a couple of times and then has a couple of weeks off for one reason or another and starts again. He’s determined to finish but finding it really hard - but will hemlisten to mum and slow the run bit down? Of course not! )
