I cannot possibly sell one without the other becoming inaccessible and unusable. I am not even allowed, as per planning, to sell separately. Yet, it is being suggested I sell one of my properties so I can pay my bills now I am unable to work. Quite how they envisage this??? I'd either become homeless or loose my ability to earn a living in the near future and I need money NOW! No income for 2 months and as I just explained I have no partner to prop me up by paying the bills!!! How dare they even suggest that as a solution!

If so they can be very helpful and will have done all this loads of times. May be worth asking if there is one and if you can be referred?
