Sunny, blue skies, a little white cloud. Windy, yes, but try stopping me take my five-mile walk along the canal! :)

I wasn't disturbed this morning!
Enough sleep.
Little bit of yoga for my back.
Breakfast.
Water.
Sorted out my hair donation. I found a hairdresser in hereford who will cut it for free!
Spoke to a friend.
Now I may go out in the sun while it is still there.

Been for a walk in the wind. Running would have been an ordeal.

Breezy here too when I took mum shopping, Vrap. Noticed your comment earlier.....

Looked at Indeed. Decided that even if I did want a job I'm probably unemployable.

I had another email this morning from one of the recruitment agencies that I registered with when I was supply teaching a while ago. Apparently they have loads of potential jobs in my area. Funny cos when I did actually needed work they didn't find me anything. The agency who did actually find me work already know I'm retired. I deleted the email. CBA to get in touch and explain.

Lunchtime. Beef sandwich and a cup of tea.

I spoke to someone from one of the agencies a while back. They were very keen to push remote consulting. Doing private GP consultations on a screen in my own house when the patient could be hundreds of miles away didn't appeal in the slightest.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
