Been to gym. Upped most weights by 20%, apart from leg press: last night's run is my excuse!

On the South Downs Way. Will try to channel McGoo but I'm not as interesting. Mentally omitted a hill from mental route map so I shall now go up it.

Trying to join up shorter ones. Started from home, up the escarpment to Jack & Jill then West as far as I can go, which is getting revised downwards! It's a good one, as several coffee/loo on the way, but equally hilly. L wouldn't like the bit round Pyecombe A27

Sat down to have a cup of tea. Cup of tea is in the kitchen and cat is demanding a snack.

Been to the beach. Now ignoring the fact that dog needs a bath.
When I did the virtual Moonwalk marathon from Crawley to Brighton I refused to walk the bit along the A27 by Pyecombe (we didn’t have a route other than on the road - No Thank You). We got a lift from Ditchling to Devil’s Dyke (we did add on the distance and walk the full marathon!)

I also have a cup of tea in the kitchen. I have had a wander round the garden. Chickens have started laying again, well, Bianca Castafiore has. A blue egg! I shall poach and enjoy it. Back on the sofa. Broke fast with 4x corn crackers and a little cheese. CBA to get up and get tea. Snooze imminent.
