now paranoid about how I feel when I had covid last year I did a run commute and was OK but not by 2AM!
wondering what to do about the weekend now ... I should be OK if I am still negative shouldn't I? Hairdresser saturday and race sunday if well?

Don't know what the current advice is, Pix. I'd have thought if you feel ok just carry on. Maybe if you're concerned about being in close contact at the hairdresser use a mask while you're in there. I bought another box of FFP3 masks off Amazon recently because of all the hospital visits I'm doing with mum.
