I have started reducing my NSAIDs to not taking any once a week, which was yesterday. Chronic pain not too bad, same as last week. But not feeling sprightly either. Plan is every 6 days next week, 5 days the week after etc slowly reducing to every other day and down. 🤞

Each time I go down in dose, it takes getting used to but it then does settle. There is research that shows that gluten sensitivity could be the cause of my chronic pain. So I am on a gluten free diet and stopped antihistamins too. Here is hoping! I seem to be slowly improving.
