Week in Spain in March, a week on Mallorca in June and a week on Ibiza in August. Usual breakfast of porridge, protein shake and a yogurt. Cup of tea number one.

It either expired in 2019 or I renewed it in 2019 (the last one seems much more likely as I definitely went to Switzerland in Jan 2020 and it seems highly unlikely that the Swiss wouldn’t have noticed if it had expired).
