Hope it works OK now, Pix. My wireless headphones ran out of power while I was on the turbo trainer. Have now remembered to put them on charge so they'll have power for tomorrow morning's run.

oh that's annoying when that happens

re drink - I use a full 750ml bottle per hour on the turbo even in winter (ok maybe 500ml then!)

That was probably where I was going wrong, I think, Pix. I tried it last week for the first time. And yes, I took my 750ml bottle. Today I put about 200mls OJ topped up with water and one of Mr Ness's SiS electrolyte tablets dissolved in it. That worked quite well.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
