Second coffee had.
Been talking to a friend about the loss of pets... She lost all 3 this year...
Now out into the garden until lunch time.
Finding it hard to evict the cat from my lap...
I feel like spending the rest of her life sitting here, feeling her warmth, touching her softness, hearing her purr.
She is nearly 9 but this breed typically lives to 20 ish years, so maybe I better get on

I survived marshalling at junior parkrun. Did have to avoid an escaped trampoline en route though!
Considering hanging out washing but not sure if it’ll stay on line!

In for the loo, a banana and to.pick up compost caddy and ash bucket. Making good progress tidying up the cabbage patch and harvesting butternut and trombincino squashes. They won't keep very well because of the frost, sadly... But the chickens will love them if they go soft...
