No dry bread but have gluten free pittas thanks. Sat at the front, so I can keep sight of the horizon. 8 .5 hrs of it, not looming forward...

ginger is good for sickness and mint my grandma swore by polos for tummy issues and always carried a packet!

Oh poor you Hanneke. I used to get terrible seasickness. I found ginger helpful. I was given ginger biscuits but you can get ginger in capsules I think. Fortunately I don't seem to get it any more.
