Had breakfast: home made granola and coconut yoghurt. Off to work now. Sun has come out.

Housework done. Mid morning sandwich instead of lunch. Planning on doing some extra core strengthening exercises before my weight training session this afternoon so need more time for the food to go down.

Been to the shop for some milk for the second time today. The first time I went I was too early and the shop wasn't open.

I want to go out to play but I haven't done the washing yet and I need to clean the kitchen and tidy the living room and make an assault on the bombsite that is my office.
Bollocks to everything.

Rich, do it tomorrow when it's supposed to be raining.
Just back from a run, hot and steamy out. Made it back in time for a delivery which is expected between 1301 and 1401. I just realised I had it in my head as 12.01 and 13.01. I'd better get in the shower now then.
