Up here we have a wee food bin that goes out weekly, a general waste bin that goes out fortnightly and a recycling bin that goes out on the opposite weeks. Glass goes in the bin across the road from us.

Here glass, paper, card, plastic, foil, metal all go in the same bin. Can’t wait until the 19th when the bi-weekly green waste collection (which is a small additional annual charge) is taking away Christmas trees. Ours is sitting by the garden gate waiting already.
