Cramp in arch of left foot. Big toe moving about of it’s own free will
Stef suggested Diorlyte. I fancy beef and green peppers in black bean sauce with fried rice - the best cure for post long run cramp

Dr F, I've found it easier to order all the drinks in one go (primarily to reduce interactions & covid risks*)
At High Corner Inn (pub in forest) on Friday, I was queried because I'd been recorded as a 'party of 2', so I explained ... 'I just buy all the drinks in one go, so I don't need to come back, queue and order all over again'.
*although sometimes the real reason is the same as yours ... once I'm sat down, it's difficult to move. Especially with those garden bench things where you have to lift your legs over the bench part.

I have tidied and cleared away and tidied again and while I now can see my dining room table, the rest of the room looks no better than it did before and I can no longer find my car.

Made it back to the bar by my usual trick of pretending to go to the toilet then sneaking round the corner. Landlord is too astonished by anyone running a marathon (the half doesn’t register) to tell me to go the long way round via the road and back in the front door. Of all the dumb Covid rules this is the dumbest
