I walked to M&S for a couple of bits for my September mile. Now on a sofa with my lunch and TdF on the telly. I don't plan on doing anything else today.

Friends still not here. I’ve eaten my packed lunch, dog has had another walk and now I’m at a garden centre for coffee. Trying to not be peeved with my flaky friends and just enjoy the day out.

I had to shop quickly because my phone, which I use to scan/pay, was running low on battery. This did not stop me buying a pair of boots and a sweater, as well as ingredients for dinner this evening. I'll have to go back for everything else tomorrow.

There's a chicken fajita wrap in the staff room. I really, really want to eat it but I don't know if it belongs to someone else.

Tea. Think I might go for a mooch around the little garden centre shortly. Must measure the pots that need saucers - I keep buying the wrong sizes.

I want to buy a load of fritillary bulbs but can't decide whether to buy them online or go to the garden centre.

Head a bit better. Half an hour out on bikes with Cuthbert and himself helped.
Have stripped half of lounge wall. It appears we bought a house off a bloke whose chief hobby was drilling holes in the wrong place then papering over them.
