Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It's rained here. No monkeys in the courtyard jungle, but there's some clematis coming over the wall.

It absolutely tipped down (rain bouncing a good foot off the ground) when we went to collect the dog from the vets. As there's no parking at this particular off-shoot of the main vets we had to park about 100m away.

I've changed my clothes and dried off a bit now.

Found some kids. Took one home and fed it. It looks a bit like me so I'm guessing I'm winning at parenting today.

Fairly productive day of work. An hour on the bike. Waiting for thai fish broth to warm up as I am now ravenous.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
