Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Had a helpful person on the 'phone but they've been cut off. I'll give them some time to 'phone back before I go chasing.

I stopped doing click and collect because I’m trying to starve my teens out of the house. Success today because ds2 came to M&S with me. It was pretty quiet. Scooted past the Tesco’s next door and the queue was about 100 people long!! They’ll be waiting all day.

Also went to the opticians but the chap was out delivering. Ds2 refuses to go back so I’ll have to pick them up tomorrow then probably take them back for adjusting.

I spoke to a lovely GP who was working from her home today and for reason she made me think of V’rap at that moment and I have I no idea why but it was a

lovely thought mid morning. :-) we even made fun of her surname

I said the F...word to my son today when I phoned him - we were talking about films and he said he wanted to see 1917, I said it was a good film and he said “ that’s cause you probably remember what it was like then” - I raised a delightful child.

On a sofa, cup of tea. I opened the window as it's too warm in here but I think I'll close it again as it's now too draughty.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
