I then get the hassle for being late, bringing the wrong stuff, costing too much. Apparently it’s cheaper to send me (because I pay for the petrol) 10 miles each way, than to have it delivered. I could really do with a Scottish call centre middle man to sort out the issues. Or not, in Bint’s case.

Columba Feb 2020 8:50pm, 9 Feb 2020 19,200 posts	0 Columba Managed to spill half a litre of freshly made carrot, lentil and sweet potato soup all over the kitchen floor, the hob, the work surface, the front of the cupboard beneath the work surface, the bread board, my trousers and my slippers. Cleaned it all up (except the trousers and slippers, which are soaking in a bowl of water). Such a pleasant way to spend a Sunday evening.
