I suppose it might depend if you're upwind or downwind?

Hope you’ve got enough food to keep you going Bint. And that your delivery is free when it arrives.

I do not have food for this evening and the delivery was £1 so I am now kind of hoping for more than that, TBH. *sigh*
Will wait until 6:30 then call again, I guess

Haven't they phoned? They always phone here if they're going to be late. I thought they were supposed to do that?

Last time Ocado delivered to me the laundry disinfectant leaked in one of the crates. Jon in the Lemon van refunded my about £36, and because it was mostly cleaning products or things in jars 90% of it was fine and he said I could keep it anyway.
Just leaving that here, Sainsbury's, as an example of good customer service.

Nope, no call. There was no call yesterday and I basically sat here like a lemon for 3 hours. Currently on hold. All the people in the call centre are lovely and have smashing Scottish accents, though

We've not really had a problem with Sains. We had a delivery to a holiday cottage once from Tescos though when the bloke had given our shopping to the wrong house some hours earlier.
