And no running until I can walk with no discomfort (I knew that). He looked at my stretches again and is sending me off for ultrasound mostly to keep an eye on me. He thinks it is my sciatic nerve rather than neuroma causing leg twinges and rest is just mundane boring PF. How’s shoulder?
