Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

To be fair we are pretty much a bunch of middle aged gits who rejoice in repeatedly doing the same shite.

We had friends round for lunch. I made nibbly bits rather than a sit down meal and catered for hockey players and runners. They eat like normal people.

There's a lot of leftovers in the fridge if anyone feels peckish.

(or is it that your idea of normal people are runners and hockey players, leagefreak, therefore your perception is skewed? :-p )

Either way there's lots of nosh in the fridge and a heap of homemade bread in the kitchen.

I quite like having hockey players to visit as I never have to worry if they have managed to eat enough.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
