I’m sure the train companies would be thrilled to no longer be getting the money from their ‘trolley service with drinks and light refreshments’. Or would they have to dispense water and raw vegetables?

But although I remember being in an Italian restaurant beforehand having to eat really quickly so as not to be late, I cannot for the life of me remember who was being interviewed. That’s terrible.
