I actually wear -4.5 on the right and -2.75 on the left most of the time to avoid varifocals. I didn't notice I'd got them the wrong way round until after I'd driven to work and been for a walk, but the overcorrection on the left made itself obvious when I got to my desk.

They have moved all the furniture around (which is a good thing) but left a total f*cking mess behind. I'm staying in the office a slunk off to this morning as it is not my responsibility to clean up their mess. Cuppa before I head to the hairdresser.

I couldn't find anything I particularly fancied so have a totally unhealthy lunch of sandwich, crisps and Dr Pepper.
