I too have taken some ibuprofen for my foot. Well, my foot and my finger, tbh.

Coffee. It’s a nice day outside, but my feet are cold.

Recce for Beaver hike done. Glorious but windy. It is due to rain between now and the actual hike tomorrow.

Lizzie, do you ever have Beavers who cry because the feel of grass on their legs was unknown to them, or who don't know, until you show them, how to climb over a stile? That happened to me when I was a Beaver leader, and as we live right on the very edge of the countryside, where there's lots of open space for families to enjoy, it made me very sad. (And glad that Beavers existed.)

I remember when my kids were at primary school having their little friends to visit who had no idea about stinging nettles or how to climb up a rock. Its very sad.
Another vote for Ibuprofen here too, lovely to have no pain for a little while.

(kids crying at the feel of grass - that's ... saddening)
Was in greenhouse, warming up nicely. Reading about car tyres. In house but going back outside. May even plant - something.
