This generally takes 5-10 minutes. Text from the passport office. New passport should be with me in 2-3 days. I feel this is not really mundane, as I only applied for it yesterday lunchtime.

Though ds1 now has a 10 year Australian passport after many shenanigans and trips to London, so really it’s now just the six because he can do his own when he’s 26

The routine involves jumping up (grr), him taking a scarf from the basket by the door and running upstairs looking over his shoulder to check I’m chasing him. I then have to chase him around the bedroom and then we have a snuggle on the bed. On a sofa. Chorizo and red pepper omelette for dinner. Time for a cuppa.
