My local supermarket is Morrisons. Food, an aisle of toiletries, an aisle of snacks and soft drinks and snacks, an aisle of booze. No clothes, no electronics or toys, and a handful of newspapers and magazines squished at the front of the store. I always feel constrained by the choice on offer and would rather drive further to more luxurious stores.

Back home and in a chair. I walked up the hill and felt that it did me good. I saw a man running up then down the lower hill when I went out. I'd be too frightened of slipping up if I did that.

All our supermarkets seem huge and open 24/7. Have a dodgy stomach so going to my bed.

Have been out for a meal with the 'girls' I used to work with. As usual at that pub I had a lamb and mint burger. The chips were exceptionally good but I left the last two because I was absolutely stuffed.
